How We Collect Your Information

We collect personal information from you or about you when you provide this information to us directly. For example, we may obtain personal information when you request information regarding products or services from us, register on our website, respond to surveys, or otherwise interact with us. At MyClearBalance.com we collect information necessary for you to set up your online account, including name, address, billing address, telephone number(s), email address Social Security number, date of birth and financial account number(s).  You can make credit card and debit card payments through MyClearBalance.com. The credit card information you submit in connection with making a payment in processed by our third party services provider that processes credit card and debit card payments on our behalf.

In addition, we may collect information about your activity on the website automatically using tracking technologies. See Online Tracking, below.

How We Use and Share Your Information

We may use and share information collected to:

• Allow you to manage your ClearBalance account;

Information Collected via Cookies

No Information from Children Under the Age of 13

If you provide your email address to us, or if we obtain it from another source, we may use it to respond or update you on your inquiries or to let you know about products and services that may be available to you.
