San Diego, CA – ClearBalance Healthcare is thrilled to announce Jennifer Graves as Vice President of Sales, overseeing the Northeastern region of the United States, encompassing New York, New Jersey, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Rhode Island, and Washington D.C. Originally from Long Island, New York, Jennifer brings nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in solutions that streamline workflow processes and enhance revenue for healthcare providers and systems across the Northeast.
Before joining ClearBalance Healthcare, Graves demonstrated her expertise at Commerce Healthcare for nearly four years, focusing on affordable patient lending options. Her extensive background also includes pivotal roles at McKesson and its successor through merger, Change Healthcare, where she supported healthcare providers with essential pre-service front-end solutions, such as Authorizations, Estimators, and Registration tools.
Jennifer’s relocation to Long Island City, Queens, four years ago marked a continuation of her successful remote consultancy, leveraging her comprehensive knowledge to bolster healthcare solutions throughout her territory. Her dedication to improving point of service collections and empowering healthcare staff to confidently communicate payment options to patients has significantly reduced uncompensated care and bad debt for numerous organizations.
Jennifer is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Metro NY, contributing to several committees, including the New Jersey HFMA Education and Women’s Leadership Committee, and the HFMA MA-RI Women’s Leadership Committee, for the past two years. Her recent nomination for the Metro NY Board and her addition to the HFMA NY Metro Events & Newscast Committee underscore her commitment to the field. Additionally, Graves’ insights were highlighted when she spoke on the NJ Women’s Leadership Conference Remote Work Panel last spring, with plans to participate in another panel this May 2024, among other respected healthcare CFOs and executives. Furthermore, she earned her HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Certification in July 2023, adding a valuable credential to her already impressive resume.
