Jennifer Graves
Vice President of Sales, Northeast Region
Jennifer is a dedicated healthcare executive with over 15 years of expertise in sales leadership and customer service. She consistently meets and surpasses sales targets. Although she’s based in New York City, she’s originally from Long Island and resides on the waterfront in Long Island City, Queens. Jennifer holds a BA from Queens College, City University of New York, and is certified by HFMA as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative.
With a seven-year career in the healthcare revenue cycle industry, Jennifer began as a software solutions advisor at McKesson, specializing in pre-service front-end solutions such as authorizations, estimation, and registration tools. She provided consultancy services to providers and health systems across the Northeast, streamlining workflow processes and boosting revenue.
Currently serving as the VP of Sales, Northeast Region at ClearBalance Healthcare®, Jennifer focuses on patient lending solutions, enabling health systems to enhance financial performance metrics and patients to afford necessary care. For the past four years, she’s been dedicated to offering healthcare consumers flexible and affordable payment options, aiming to enhance patient service and drive revenue growth in the healthcare sector.
Jennifer has been an active member of the HFMA Metro NY chapter since the inception of her healthcare career, regularly participating in and sponsoring HFMA events across the region. Additionally, she contributes to multiple chapters of Women’s Leadership and event committees. With seven years of remote work experience, Jennifer shares her insights and expertise as a speaker, advocating for successful adaptation to the evolving industry landscape, including remote work practices.
