Craig joined ClearBalance HealthCare® in 2012 as Chief Information Officer, overseeing the proprietary technology platform that underpins the ClearBalance program for patient engagement and integrates with our healthcare partners’ revenue cycle technology systems and all other IT functions. In 2016, Craig was appointed Executive Vice President of Operations, assuming additional responsibility for the ClearBalance customer service center, known as the Patient Experience Center. As Chief Operating Officer, Craig is responsible for all operational functions to support our healthcare partners and their patients, ensuring a superior experience in all aspects of the business. Craig previously was SVP of Operations for MedAsset’s Revenue Cycle Technology division, Affiliated Computer Services, and Coprasoft LLC.
