James, who joined ClearBalance HealthCare® in 2015, has over 25 years of healthcare IT and revenue cycle experience. He worked as a systems engineer, covering both payer and provider systems. In his Professional Services Implementation role at ClearBalance, James works closely with new health system partners and the ClearBalance teams to ensure tight integration between technology platforms and workflow.
