Kim Kelly
Vice President, Business Operations and Strategy
Kim brings more than 10 years of healthcare payment experience to her role as VP, Business Operations and Strategy. As a subject matter expert in the healthcare payments ecosystem, Kim is responsible for developing strategies and operationalizing the Doorstep payment platform. She works closely with several ClearBalance teams to optimize sales performance, build a forward-thinking product strategy, develop financial forecasts, drive revenue growth, and analyze customer feedback and market trends.
Prior to joining ClearBalance, Kim worked as a VP of Sales Operations for J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments. She graduated with honors from University of Scranton. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband Pat, and her two sons Finn and Emmett.
