Kris is a seasoned executive with an extensive and distinguished career in healthcare. Kris joined the ClearBalance leadership team in 2024. With a comprehensive background in client management and customer service delivery, Kris has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation. She has worked in both the vendor and provider segments of healthcare and brings a unique perspective to her role.
Prior to joining ClearBalance, Kris held various leadership roles within Optum and McKesson, where she successfully led teams to achieve significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Known for being collaborative, accountable, and casting a positive leadership shadow, Kris’s expertise and dedication have made her a valuable asset in driving ClearBalance’s mission to transform healthcare experiences for clients and patients alike.
Kris is based in New Jersey and is a proud graduate of Seton Hall University.
