Stephanie Carrico has been an integral part of ClearBalance since 2004, bringing a wealth of experience across various roles within the organization. Throughout her tenure, she has taken on multiple responsibilities, showcasing her versatility and dedication. Before her promotion to Chief Financial Officer in 2022, Stephanie held key positions, including Controller, Accounting Manager, and Operations Specialist.

In her current role as CFO, Stephanie collaborates closely with ClearBalance’s sales, customer success and operations teams, focusing on enhancing the value the company provides to both patients and healthcare systems. Her strategic insight and leadership continue to drive ClearBalance’s financial success and operational efficiency.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana State University and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
